Supersonic AGAIN,I just cant win with these guys!I started getting phone calls from VVM attorneys saying that my account is in arears.Went on Supersonic's website so see why I am in arears.My statement on THEIR website shows I am not in arears at all.Took time off work to go to their offices to sort this out,(you try calling them) because these VVM vultures keep hounding me even after I told them I dont owe anything on my acc to which they rep**** I must stop lying and pay the amount due.Got there,the lady helping me said I am not in arears and that is their mistake changing from post paid to pre paid and my payment has not been allocated to the right month and it will be sorted out with VVM.I still got the calls and mails from these vultures and I tried explaining to them what Supersonic told me,just be told again I am lying and must pay my acc.Back to Supersonis's offices just to be told the same thing AGAIN!.This time the lady send a mail to her superviser explaining what is the issue on their side and to remove me from the VVM collections list.Quess what,still the same calls and mails for the arears on my acc.Third time to their office,getting a bit exited now,the same old BS story again,very sorry,its their fault,will sort it out,will take me off the collections list,bla bla bla,Still getting mails for outstanding amounts!!!!Why do I have to deal with such bad customer service????Cant wait for my 2 years to be over so that I cant dump these dudes.If you are EVER considering using these guys ,PLS STAY AWAY!!!!!
