Supersonic

I have app**** for fiber 2 September with the help of a rep. Fibre installed within 2 days. Up and running within a day by metrofibre. After 2 days my service was suspended due to non payment of R3200. Have no idea why cos I took a deal of R399. Called Supersonic,whatsapp,emailed with no response. So frustrated with the router with no service
