Took forever to get set up. Consultants get back to you when they like. First month my unlocked wifi abused by the neighbours. Month 2 its got code now but speed is ridiculous. I was promised 10mg now im told my distance form towers affect the speed once im locked in with them(paying router off cause they insists i cant use my old telkom router). Getting 4.4mg download max. 20mg upload for some reason. When u searched online it was best rated isp. Obviously bull****. I should have looked harder.

There is quite a number of reasons why such would happen. The bandwidth is shared amongst the devices that connect to the internet. The more the devices and activity on the internet the slower the speed. You cannot get full speed on device over wifi as they are many factors that affect the wifi signal in the house.
