Supersonic *****
*****: This is simply a ***** company. I ordered a sim card, took too long for to ship when I tried to cancel order they refused. They still shipped the sim card but when it arrived it could not connect. By shipping a sim card that wil not connect they have ensured that I will not be claiming a refund of R198.00 that I spent ordering the sim card.

28 Jun 2024, 17:33The Simcard from supersonic was not provisioned (according to MTN the sim card is not ricad). Contacting supersonic though WhatsApp or client zone has so far not helped. Supersonic sold a product that was not working and they seem to have no way of making it work. They do not inform in their website that it might not work. There is an English word for selling someone a product that does not exist or will not work. That is the word that defines Supersonic.
