Horrifying experience with this ISP. I actually wish I could give a minus rating. No one seems to know what is going on, and then after waiting for 4 months to be connected, they have the audacity to make us wait until the end of February. Absolutely ridiculous. And now, even though the equipment was installed incorrectly, we hear about this "claw-back fee" if you cancel within 24months of installation. So, basically : 1. They mess up the installation, leaving a huge hole in the wall 2. We haven't actually been live, so never used their product 3. Have been taking off of work to assist the technicians to attempt installation 4. We have absolutely no faith that adequate internet will be provided based on these last few months ...and now we should pay a penalty? Appalling, to say the least.
