Supersonic must be the most useless service provider, no supervisors on the floor, promised call backs that never happen, 30min holding for a call centre agent to answer. App**** for fibre line over a month ago, to date I have no line, but a billing for a service I don’t have. All they ever tell you is they will open a ticket they will get a supervisor to call I’m waiting for 5 promised calls and it’s been over a month. I am having to run around looking for an openserve vehicle to get them to come install a fibre line something that Supersonic should have sourced .
