The most useless service provider by far; we are double billed every month for the past year. No manger even had the audacity or capacity to resolve the matter or contact the client (me/wife) back. Numerous mails sent to the accounts department with usless replays from super"sh!+"sonic.

27 Jan 2022, 08:09Morning still waiting on the promises made via telecoms. Due to your negligence my kids could not do any homework yesterday as well as I lost some income as I run my business from home. Resolve the matter ASAP before I take any further steps.

28 Jan 2022, 08:40Once again we received a call after you saw my post, proof of debit orders and eft payments was sent through.Wich actually leaves my account in a credit. I am billed for 2 stands as well as none allocation on debit orders. All was confirmed by the gentleman who phoned me...... but guess what, we are still disconnected. See attached mail that was sent but as we expected nobody rep****! Your service is horrible.

Can you please let me know when my internet connection will be restored. Got a phone call at 10:45 yesterday by a gentleman who did go through all the technical connections and told me that the problem was definitely on your side regarding the billing and that he went through the tests to see if any services at the two cancelled premises was used. He confirmed that it was not.
He promised to give me a call back…. But guess what once again I received no feedback. Should my internet not be restored within the next hour I will be forced to post another Hello Peter post seeing that that is the quickest way to get feedback.
I am really very unhappy with the way your financial department works. My kidz are falling behind on school work and as I stated we are working from home and we are loosing business. I WILL keep Supersonic liable for any loss of income.
