Superpathetic

They take double the monthly fee without saying a word, today is the 20th of Feb, ive been requesting call backs from management to no avail, ive waisted countless money buying airtime to phone them only to hear "a request has been sent to billing" up to date no one can tell me why the money was taken double, up to date i still haven't received a credit note for the money they took to much, i would not recommend them to anyone, even if they start giving free wifi i would go pay for someone else, this is really a pathetic company and *********** staff
