Superonic a no go

Hallo! We joined the supersonic team at the start of this year and it has been nothing but unpleasant! Oir internet is always down and no one can help you. You call the call centre and the lines are busy with no help. You are instructed to log a call with whatsapp which also doesn’t work. We have been billed but we have never been able to connect to the internet. I will definitely advice anyone not to join this company. Non existant customer service non existant internet!
