<div>I have been trying to get a hold of Supersonic for more than a week now via phone, email and WhatsApp. First the router was delivered to the house after I expressly said we are not there, they must wait until after lockdown. Now the courier company has sent it back to them. I've been trying to follow up to rectify the situation but this has been an impossible task due to the utter lack of response. If you are reading this, please respond so the 'wild goose chase' can end. </div>

I see there are missed calls from a "No Caller ID" number. Is that Supesonic? No idea. Since I am in lockdown with a toddler, its rare that I can answer my phone when it rings. Usually I can return missed calls, but not with a "No Caller ID" number. None of the other numbers, email addresses or WhatsApp numbers Supersonic has on its website seems to work for when I have a minute to spare. This setup won't work. Not now, nor in the future. Thanks for trying, but its not good enough. I have moved on and am looking for an ISP I can speak to when I need to.
