Superbad [SST371659]

I received an email from Team Supersonic// Mthetho Mdinwa advising me that I am owed a refund and that in order for same to be processed I need to provide proof my banking details - which I did twice.

After a couple of follow ups - radio silence.

Was this the mail a mistake or was it legit ?
