Superbad customer service and super slow speeds that never gets fixed

Super bad customer service. This probably my 6th review about the worst Fibre speed. I am still waiting ons someone to phone me about a new router after promises and more promises. My internet has been so slow since last week that i can't even receive emails. Thursday I phoned, the lady said she needs to speak to someone, she will phone me back.... Never happened my download speed is running at 0.44 and my upload speed isn't even running.
