This team is filled with *********** team members all round I have been emailing and calling to try and get my service with them Cancelled since August 2021 and they have been going around in circles without resolving the issue.

It is so simple... the same way I very quickly got connected surely it should be just as easy to cancel the service and cut it off. Why it is so hard no one can tell me.

I then also keep on asking for them to refund me my money and stop deducting my account and they just act deaf and blind to the request.

I would not recommend this company to anyone If you feel like you need a Internet service provider Save yourself the trouble and do not pic this one... RUN.
