Super Sucky Service - SUPERSONIC

They have the worst service EVER !!! I have sent through a cancellation mail and still no call back to confirm the cancellation. when you call you have to hold for no less than 20/30 minutes to to get through to a "superstar" that can't help you! , our internet was off for 2 days and still got billed for the full month !! SUPERSONIC IS TERRIBLE
