Super Sonic... Super Star... Super Pathetic

Been battling for the last 4mnth with our Uncapped Wi-Fi. Supersonic can detect Wi-Fi on their side but no Wi-Fi can be detected by our devises. In these four months Supersonic only send out once a technician. Once he was here, we hand excellent Wi-Fi for a week, YES, a whole week. Now we are back at square one..... Been waiting online for over an hour for their Project Management group to answer my call.... how is this Super Star services????? It is more Super pathetic!!!! I have logged a problem on the 29/6/2020 and is still waiting for them to respond!!!!!!!!

What do I pay them for. I constantly have to top-up my phone data to perform my work via my phone signal?????
