Super Sonic? More like Super BAD.

Simply put: Super Sonic = Terrible customer service. No feedback, no communication, and I am glad that I did not sign up with them.

Have placed an order a week ago and haven't even received a confirmation email yet. Had to keep following up with the call centre, was promised many times that so and so will call me, blah blah blah. Surely this should all be automated anyways? After a week I find out my order wasn't even placed yet, and no client profile was created.

I went with Cool Ideas instead and the difference in service is like night and day. Maybe take some notes there, chaps?

Check Cool Ideas if you can go with them instead of Super Sonic. Avoid Super Sonic... I should have checked HP before I even contacted Supersonic.
