Super Slowic should be the name of this company. They initially give you great speed of 17mbps upload speed and 23mbps doanload speed which is worth paying for. Then take it all away just like that 0.23mbps upload speed and 2.34mbps download speed a mounth later.And they say its becouse of high number of people in your arear joing in "we are experiancing conjestion" what conjestion are they talking about, infact it's none of my bussiness, my bussiness is to get LTE and they will tell you about conjestion they cannot fix. If your experiancing high number of people joining your product must we suffer and get no service. A good practice is to stop taking in new costumers to protect the service provided or update your towers. Kanti what am i paying for? I mean i subscribed in youtube music, netflix, playstation online game everything is saved on-line, i cant event upload a song. Working from home is not possible anymore, I have to drive to work just to attend a meeting or get my emails updated. That is another money down the drain. This company is looting our money and there are providing no service at all. You call them, they make you wait on the phone for 1hour max yet for the passed 30min you were caller number 1. Crockes hello peter can you dispund this company as they provide no service at all. They are just collecting contracts and locking poor people in a long term contract for providing a service for only 2 mounths. Its a strategy they are using to make profit for the duration of the contract. If they cannot garantee LTE speed the should give you the option to cancell the contract any time. IF YOUR LOOKING TO JOING SUPER SONIC DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY. LOOK FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS INSTADE.
