Wrote a review about Supersonic not refunding me a debit order incorrectly deducted. Got a response the same day requesting I submit my banking details for a refund. And guess what? STILL NO PAYMENT since I submitted my banking details again on 27 January 2023 (same as where they took the debit order from) after BEGGING them since October 2022 after I cancelled my subscription.

Only way to get a reply out of them is to write a new review, which I will be doing weekly until I get my money so all of the public can see your response was just lip service. Super disappointed in Super Sonic who is super slow in dealing with customer queries and apparently their billing and finance department is so super you cannot even communicate with them directly. Just Super, Supersonic.

Hey Supersonic, Happy Belated Anniversary! Still no refund or reply. Expect my complaint to every forum that will listen and enjoy spending resources on dealing with complaints in excess of the money that you stole from me.
