*Super* slow sonic
Should have checked the reviews on HP before I completed the forms. *Super* slow and *super* frustrating - so at least they live up to part of their name. 9 days of telling me they are waiting for the fibre line to be installed - when I can see the routers, and even pick up the old owners Wifi. Eventually someone heard me and updated the system. A technician will call. Ja right. So today I have cancelled my application - and because the service was never provided, they better think again if they want to charge me.

The technician phoned today to check if the fibre line was installed!!! And then received the cancellation notice when she was almost at my house. Efficiency at its best? 7 to 14 days my foot.
