Super POOR / NO service from SUPERsonic

I keep on getting these emails informing me that my account is in arrears. I have on several occasions emailed them the proof of payments as well as a request for someone to contact me. This Heather Fourie's name from Supersonic appears in the emails received, but there is just no communication forthcoming from Supersonic. Trying to call the helpline/ call center is a waste of time.

Please can somebody from Supersonic make contact and explain what has happened to my monthly payments to Supersonic ??
