Super incompetence.
When you get fibre so that you have peace of mind, trust supersonic to do the opposite for you. I called twice this morning and requested a call back both times, I was on hold for long. No one called back. I called the 3rd time to be told they forgot, amazing service. As we speak I don’t have WiFi to work because they forgot to update my banking details. The agent I spoke to confirmed that for me. I now have to pay R2k + for their negligence and ignorance.
