Super Frustrating customer service!!!

I have never come across such a FRUSTRATTING customer service ever. The phone takes more than 40 minutes to be answered, after being answered the line is so bad and ended up being dropped. To call again for another 40 minutes!!!!! WhatsApp number talking to a machine who can't help either. Promised to give call to a consultant, but never got a call. Also no response to emails!!!!!

This company takes clients for granted!!! Really frustrating. Their network is also dropping connection every few minutes!!! The actual rating for Supersonic is not even 1 star but ZERO
