Super duper service from Mr Kruger

I have been meaning to write this for a few weeks now and I have to tell you about Daniel Kruger from Supersonic Customer care or Maybe the Yechnical side.

Daniel took the time to assist me with 2 things 1st of all it was the reconnection of my FLTE router when it was disconnected, he went above and beyond to insure that I get my internet connection and I’m top of doing that he also assisted me with my fibre internet connection by getting my line released from my previous ISP. Now granted this is his job, the patience he had with me in doing every single thing he possibly can to get me why I needed. And I would like to commend Mr. Daniel Kruger on an outstanding and amazing job he truly is what most ISP’s need today because it’s more than just the product but also the service we receive of which is highly important.
