Super Disappointment

I have a 20 up and down fiber line with them. They made big promises of having uncapped and unthrottled internet, but have failed to provide this on a colossal scale. We struggle to connect to the WiFi, I have never gotten download speeds above 16, they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact for help and even if you do get them to reply to their WhatsApp’s , all they tell you to do is run a speed test and restart your router(seriously get a phone line, WhatsApp does not work and is very unprofessional), honestly I’ve never been so disappointed in a service in my life. It performs worse then my 4 Mb Telekom adsl line from last year (even when playing online games) and that is saying a lot.

Side note, I was told I’d be charged a pro rata for January, which I agreed to. My line was installed on the 15th of January, but my internet was only active on the 28th and I’m now expected to pay for the time I had an inactive line in my house, thanks.
