Super disappointed

Last week I wrote my story after having to contact Hello Peter. On the 1st of September I made a payment into my account. After 3 days I called as to find out why is my payment not reflecting. I was told the very same thing I was told on my previous case. Everything I call they ask me when did I join Supersonic and they want my POP. I guy by the name of Tshepiso Mathaba sent me his email saying I should attach there. Today is the 6th nothing is happening. Everytime I call they tell me of system errors. Why is Supersonic like doing this to me. It has not been even a week after my last encounter with them now this again. I'm so so disappointed with them.
