Super bad Supersonic!

I cannot begin to describe how annoyed I am with Supersonic as a service provider! I have been a fibre subscriber of theirs for over 3 years now, since the Smart Village days. I've never had a problem until this year. Firstly, in January I moved houses so I had to do a relocation for my account. This was processed rather slowly but I understood because it was the beginning of the year and the technicians had a backlog to catch up on from the festive period. The area that I was moving to had a slightly more expensive price for the same package, which I agreed to. I asked the agent whether the debit order mandate would be changed automatically from Supersonic's side, which she confirmed. Fast forward to around May/June, and I get an email from their accounts department that my account is in arrears, even though the money has been debited from my account (admittedly excluding the increase in price). I send them proof of this and they do nothing about it. No contact with me to confirm that they've received the proof. Nothing. Secondly, I had also ordered an FLTE line from them for a separate property. Despite them saying this would take a week to deliver, it took over a month to deliver the router, even after I had followed up numerous times. I had asked the agent that I spoke to whether they would combine the subscription cost of the FLTE with my the debit for my fibre line, which she confirmed. Since this line has been active, they have not deducted the debit order from me. While this was all happening, they had still been debiting my bank account with the same amount from my previous property, but this was not reflecting in my Supersonic account statement. Their collections department called me at some point, and I sent them proof of the debits. I called their finance department and the guy that I spoke to didn't seem to know what was going on, but noted that the account from my previous property had not been properly reallocated to my new property, hence the debits weren't showing on their side. He advised me to open query/case with them and someone would investigate the discrepancies and come back to me within 48 to 72 hours. After a week, I had still not received any contact so I called in to follow up. The agent that I spoke to informed me that the query was closed and someone would be in contact with me to discuss the outcome of the investigation. It's been a week and a half now and today my service got cut off. When I called to find out what was happening, the agent that I spoke to informed me that the person that concluded the investigation only commented that it was "done" without explaining how she got to the outcome. There was some money that was credited to my Supersonic account, but I still owed quite a bit (which I'm not in agreement with). So here I sit today, with no internet and ****py service from a provider that I was pretty much happy with for 2 years. I really don't understand how it got to this, but this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. It's ridiculous!!!
