SUB STANDARD SHOCKING COMPANY WITH NO SERVICE OR RESPONSE !!!!!!
In terms of customer service and assistance this business is sub zero and i would give a negative rating if possible. i have paid and signed up nearly two weeks ago and i am still trying to contact the company to arrange the installation and deliver the router i have paid for. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

24 Apr 2024, 13:24I must be honest , i do not genuinely believe that anybody will be in contact with me..... however should anybody reach out to me and resolve this issue i am more then happy to remove these reviews, i would just like to get my fiber up and running but for this to actually occur i would need supersonic to get a technician to come out and actually deliver the router i have paid for and setup the same.

@supersonic / @vumatel - please can somebody respond to this thread as i have no luck when trying to call, log tickets online or contact on the whatsapp line.
