Sub standard installation

Supersonic / Mtn installed airfibre at my premises the technician that did the installation took shortcuts and installed the outdoor unit close to DStv dish and ran the wire into my house with my camera wires and every night once the camera lights switch on I am experiencing intermittent 100% packet loss due to severe electromagnetic interference. Installation sub standard as the incoming line from the outdoor unit should have been separated from the other cables. Numerous tickets logged but according to Supersonic the line is active and working.
