Stupid useless waste of money internet provider

What a terrible experience. They are easy to take your money, but the service is absolutely terrible. I've been an entire week without internet, was told that Frogfoot blocked my line, but whose problem is that???? I'm paying Supersonic not Frogfoot. They never, not once phoned to hear if my connection has been restored. I have to phone continuously for assistance. The terrible part is that no technician ever came out to my house to see if anything can be done. I'm stuck here as I don't know who to call cause the call center is absolutely useless
