Still no luck... Months later...
So this is now my second review here for Supersonic and my issue has still not been resolved since my first HelloPeter review. Since August I have been trying to get a refund from them for an account error that they messed up... It is months later now and my refund is still pending. These guys have no service excellence and are not at all worried about customer satisfaction. STAY AWAY!!!

R 998 was what they took, when it should have been R 299, so they had to refund me R699, but then they asked if they can take the Router's R250, which leaves R 449. They only refunded R 118. Which leaves a R 331 left of what was owed to me which still hasn't been paid to me. And the last news I received today was that the reworked credit note is still pending approval.
