Still no call and no refund. How?

I have written 2 hello peter reviews in the last few weeks as this is the only platform where they respond. I am due a refund which was escalated in May. No feedback. I have been promised a response after my last 2 reviews and still nothing. Why is this so hard Supersonic? I need a #WIN please, you owe me R 1598!!!!!
