Stay far away for your peace of mind

My debt owed by handed over to vvm debt collectors incorrectly. Apparently the amount I owed was R3.4K the amount they handed to ver was 940 something rands. This is insane! I called and sent follow ups for billing to please provide clarity on this discrepancy or what appears to be a discrepancy. This was two weeks ago I still have not received a response. The debt collectors want me to pay an incorrect amount I don’t owe?! I am so confused, I cannot wait until I no longer have to deal with supersonic they are the bane of my existence. I had stated I don’t mind clearing my account but nobody is giving me a straight and factual answer. When you want to escalate to a manager or raise a complaint they tell you that you can’t complain. Or the manager is not available what kind of business is this! Please for your peace of mind, find another service provider that actually cares about your money and the level of service they provide you! I hate this ISP provider. They have been nothing but stressful and provide zero support since day one!
