Stay away!!. you’ll never get assistance once signed up

The worst organisation I’ve ever come across. Never respond, if they do you speak to a robot. I cancelled my fibre connection in Feb 2023, they never acted on the notice & kept billing me. Only responded in Nov of the same year after several follow ups. Today is over a year later & still no body has assisted
