Stay away from this useless and ******* company

**** DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC AS ISP ****

After months of struggling with our fiber line dropping and being so slow, you can sometimes not even open your email another piece of shocking information has come to light. We are paying for a 20MB up and 20MB down uncapped line. After doing my own investigation into the matter, I made contact with the company that originally installed the line and they can see from their systems that Supersonic is only allowing us 10Mb up and down. Again, phone calls were made and emails were sent without any help. This company is completely *********** and ******* *****ing money from me for months now. It took my own investigation to discover why my line is so slow. I cannot describe my frustration with this place. Absolutely useless service. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
