Quick to take your money upfront, but slow to do anything else. I received my router on the 16 Feb, it was RICA'd a day later only for another technical issues to pop up. No connection RED light on modem. Logged a case for technical services was given a case number, but that's where it ends. No one returns calls with any feedback, promises of a 24 -48 he turnaround are lies. Now I received by first bill and they have charged me pro rata till the end of the month and I haven't even got an active connection. You'd be wise to STAY AWAY from this Internet Service Provider
