STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The Worst service PROVIDER EVER. We had a fibre outage yesterday and Balwin at The Huntsman did restore on their end. Supersonic still hasn't restored the Connection on their end. Called yesterday and noone was willing to assist yet I made payment. I can't send an email, their WhatsApp number doesn't work, their trading hours don't make sense, the waiting time is over 35 minutes.
