Stay away from Supersonic, this network sucs

Supersonic is really bad for business,I will definitely not recommend any clients.i signed up end of April 2021 had experience disconnection for the entire month, I called in numerous times and wasn't assisted properly,I was promised call backs from the supervisor but nobody return the calls,but they still deducted the full amount. I call to cancel as I'm using this network to work from home and it's not reliable,I was told to send an email to the cancellation department I did so on 31 May 2021 and was told someone will give me a call. A month later nobody has contacted me,It seems the departments the helpdesk refer to doesn't exist, Now they have deducted my account again today for the new month. This is ridiculous
