Stay away from Supersonic non existent customer service

I honestly regret choosing Supersonic .I placed my order through Vumatel on the 26th and to this day I have not spoken to a sales agent. I spend my days trying to get through to their help line once when I got through I was simply told a sales agent would contact me within 2-24 hours but it’s 4 days later and nothing. I have wasted over 120 worth of airtime, spoken to the what’s app boot 5 times only to be told a sales agent would contact me and it never happens. I can’t even work from home because I need WiFi. This is absolutely disgusting . Customer service is so none existent I even inboxed their Facebook page and got no reply. I honestly have never been so frustrated!
