Stay away from Supersonic. Learn Or Perish
No internet for two weeks, if i do get the internet, it is extremely slow. When i try to call them, they make me hold for over 30 minutes and my issue never gets resolved. Their WhatsApp service is trash as it does not do what it is intended. I keep getting the same automated messages about previous outages instead of a consultant to help me.
I haven't been able to reach them for two weeks now and i am expected to pay them R1000 every month whilst they are giving me a sub-par service.
