Stay away from Supersonic internet service provider!

I have had problems with Supersonic internet service provider since last month and no matter how many emails/phone calls they are never answered. Last month there was a problem with my account as I thought they were taking a debit order every month *as they have my banking details) but apparently they were not. Supersonic then went ahead and canceled my account/ internet service and charged me R899.00 for that. Please note I did NOT give them permission to cancel the account as I tried to call them but they never answered their phones, the emails I wrote was never attended to except that I would get a automated response saying that they would contact me shortly - nearly a month later am still waiting for them to contact me. After a nightmare of phone calls (not answered) Emails (not answered) their Whatsapp help line ( no help at all) to solve the problem. They eventually restored my internet service. Now, I get my invoice for May and they have changed my package (I was not asked or give permission for Supersonic to change my internet service package) now my account has increased by an extra R200.00pm and that R899.00 that they *****ulent took had not been credited back into my account. This week I have phoned everyday - calls are not answered, after holding on for around 10-15 minutes the calls are dropped. I have written emails in 3 times this week to different email addresses-no response. I have had enough of this and today I wrote another email and cc'd to 5 different email address (still no response) giving Supersonic a deadline to amended their mistakes or I will be terminating my account and that I will not be held liable for any charges for their mistakes and unprofessional service. I once again wish to state that I will NOT be liable for any account which may occur in cancelation my account. Also, please not that on all my reviews I have written here on "hello Peter" they sometimes reply with their famous automated response that they will contact me but, THEY NEVER DO! People must stay away from Supersonic internet service providers!
