STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC FOR FIBRE

I have been paying for a 150mbps line up and down since May 2024 and the speed of my line sits between 20 and 40mbps. Trying to contact Supersonic is non existent, they don't answer their phones, they don't respond to emails, so I have cancelled my service with them. I have been waiting over a week for a simple request for a copy of my statement.
