Stay away from Supersonic F-LTE
I am tired of complaining. Stay away from supersonic. Signed up for F-LTE and not one day since November 2020 has gone by without at least 30 min of zero internet service(having full signal). They are incapable of resolving the issue. First chance i am moving to a different ISP. I was with Telkom and Rain previously and even these two worst ISP’s in South Africa are better than supersonic. Ridiculous that one pays premium rates for mediocre service.

24 Aug 2021, 20:21Still no contact from supersonic besides the generic message/reply to complaint here on this site. And still the issue remains. Honestly you (supersonic) can take your router and poor service and shove it.
