STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC!!!!!!!!

Since i have been with supersonic it has been 1 issue after another.Latest 1 is i have been making payment into Supersonic's account from Jan and then all of a sudden i get called from the debt collectors saying i owe Supersonic money.Did the whatsapp thing because you can forget to get them on the phone(tried once,was holding on for 45 min,nothing),got hold of a consultant who said i havent paid,sent thru proof of payment,then got told it has not been allocated to my account yet.(From Jan to now?).I said well you have my proof of payment now so,call of your debt collectors.He said that is not his job and i must wait until the payment has been allocated to my account,really???? Is this fair from Supersonic?They dont do THEIR job and i must get hounded EVERY day for money that has been paid!!!Told the debt collectors the money has been pay and they said they will only stop if the get notice from Supersonic????
