STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC

How many things do I list. 1. False advertising. There system showed that I have fibre cover at address. Went through whole process to sign up for a service and after 3 weeks of non delivery were told they do not cover the address with fibre from their provider. 2. Cannot access them through any means 'available'. Few times on Whatsapp, but never conclusive. 3. Every time on Whatsapp they start treating me as a new client, but I signed up for a service. 4. When someone eventually assists on the Whatsapp line and we get to the crux of the issue, they discontinue the converstaion and remove themselves.

Overall, not to be trusted, no customer service.
