STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC AND SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE!!

STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC FIBRE/WIFI!! The worst service ever. My first simcard apparently had a 'fault' as it stopped connecting out of nowhere and so I was sent another simcard. The new simcard needs to be activated but their tech team don't seem to know anything, it's like they're guessing what they need to do, they reply after hours and they even close a chat on you while you're communicating with them, and they don't even have a system/standard they work with - they just wing things! One day you'll be asked for you ID number, the following day for your email address. A simple SIMCARD ACTIVATION is taking ages, I am still without help!!
