Stay away from SuperSonic aka Super*****ic

If only -5 stars were an option... I am at my wits end with Super*****ic... I explained in all my calls that I think the wifi was damaged by lightning and something needs to be replaced. Every call basically ended with the call centre saying they will get the Nepic engineer to contact me. More than a week later and I am still at square one. Call log and my wifi is STILL down: - 30/12/2020 @ 09h30 = 12 minutes - 31/12/2020 @ 12h54 = 11 minutes - 02/01/2021 @ 19h31 = 13 minutes 04/01/2021 @ 10h00 = 19 minutes Best to cancel and find a better service provider. SuperSonic is the worst when it comes to technical support!!!
