Stay away from supersonic

I would not suggest anybody sign up with this company. Our upfront payment was taken on 28 oct 22 and router delivered on the 1st of November we received router and since then which is now 3 days they have not managed to activate the sim - no usage yet a invoice has been loaded due on the 7th of nov. 22 This is ridiculous and the whatsapp assistance from technical support has not achieved anything. I have worked with many other companies the incompetence here is scary I do not know how mtn can be part of this...
