STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC

Supersonic is the worst Fibre network company to deal with. Absolutely *********** all round.

They have staff that doesn't know what they do.

You cannot get through to anyone without waiting for more than 30mins, and an hour for them to comprehend your request.

They have a Whatsapp chat, after engaging them on the chat, I even left a message around 16h00 that they will probably only reply in a few hours. Around 22h00 they rep**** that everyone is now off duty and to engage with them the next day.

My main issue though is that we move houses, i purchase a new house and wanted my fibre moved. after moving the took almost 2 weeks to figure out what they was doing .

They came and dug up my yard, even though there was already fibre ready ports on the outside. There was even well structure outlets for the wiring in a box, but they took a pik and broke through the fitted housing to run the wiring. They then ran a thick white PVC pipe from the outlet to inside my house which they mounted along the walls and garage. There is no other houses in the complex where you can see fibre wiring running on walls. Now a Brand new home looks like a .......

I can go on and on as to how they then took another week because they could not get the wifi to work.

suggestion to anyone looking for Fibre to stay away from SUPERSONIC
