Stay away from Supersonic!

Our tower is forever down and not working so we get no network. We are charged for extra services which we did not sign up for. There is zero to no customer support. To cancel your services there is no help. But they are happy to keep billing you if they do not offer service and they are happy to randomly add extra accounts to your name. Stay away form supersonic, they used to be really good but have gone downhill in the last year!
