Stay away from Supersonic

First off service level and response time is appalling, don't bother trying to contact the tech department before 7am even though they advertise "Fibre you can count on 24/7" that is a straight up lie and false advertising. They offer a month to month based service but if the service fee is reduced they refuse to adjust to the lower cost, one is to remain paying the same amount as when you signed up - If it was a 24 month contract it would be understandable but it's not! I find this very *********. When asking to be contacted back, HA !!! You have a better chance of winning the lottery.

Getting connected was a schlep, getting technical service schlep , getting your account to be charged the correct price as advertised on the site a schlep...
